As part of our focus areas on knowl­edge shar­ing and social ben­e­fits to the desert, DKA has col­lat­ed infor­ma­tion and sit­u­a­tion­al updates around COVID-19 which relate direct­ly to Cen­tral Aus­tralia. 4 con­firmed cas­es of COVID-19 in Cen­tral Australia

All cas­es are being treat­ed at the Alice Springs Hos­pi­tal. There are no known cas­es of com­mu­ni­ty trans­mis­sion in Cen­tral Aus­tralia at this point.
