Interweaving two existing events: the Knowledge Intersections Symposium, co-hosted by DKRI, Batchelor & CDU, and CAAHSN's Annual Showcase.
REGISTER TO ATTEND
The 2025 Living Well Summit will interweave two existing events: the Knowledge Intersections Symposium, co-hosted by Desert Knowledge Research Institute (DKRI), Batchelor Institute of Indigenous Tertiary Education (Batchelor) and Charles Darwin University (CDU), and the Central Australia Academic Health Science Network’s (CAAHSN) Annual Showcase.
Living Well is about learning to thrive as people and communities in central Australia “…a holistic concept that includes physical, social, emotional, cultural, spiritual and ecological wellbeing, for both the individual and the community.”
THE EVENT WILL BE HELD FROM 9 TO 11 SEPTEMBER 2025.
The key objective of the Summit is to highlight and promote research and evidence-based practice that is leading to improved health, wellbeing and living outcomes for Aboriginal people in tri-state Central Australia and the Barkly regions and to point towards opportunities to further improve outcomes through changes in policy, practice and funding.
